Can Sheng, MD

Can Sheng is a Neurologist who are working at Department of Neurology, the First Hospital of Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. She completed her Neurology residency and received her Master Degree at the XuanWu Hospital of Capital Medical University, Beijing, China.
She has been the member of Chinese Society of Microcirculation Neurodegenerative Diseases Committee (CSMNDDC) since 2016 and she was also appointed as the council member of Beijing Institute of Neurodegeneration Diseases in 2017. All of these institutes focus on researches involving the neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, etc.
She has participated three National Natural Science Foundations of China and one Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, all of which are related to the research of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and cognitive impairment. With support of these foundations, she has published or coauthored 20 academic articles in the international journals (e.g. Neurobiology of aging, Plos one, Frontiers in bioscience, Radiology), and she is also a reviewer of Alzheimer’s, Dementia & Cognitive Neurology (ADCN).
