Professor Vetvicka Vaclav is from the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of University of Louisville. His main research interests include the role of aspartic proteinases in cancer development and characterization and evaluation of immunological and biological role of natural immunomodulators, particularly glucans. With graduation studies in Laboratory of Mucosal Immunity, he is expert in areas including immunity, immunomodulators, cancer, and gastrointestinal immunity.
