Shang Xie (Head and Neck Cancer)

Resident, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology, Beijing, China

Dr. Xie received his Ph.D. degree from the Peking University School of Stomatology. He is currently a Resident in Peking University School and Hospital of Somatology.

As a young physician scientist, Dr. Xie’s main areas of interest and research involve the head and neck neoplasms, botulinum toxin type A and Evidence-based Medicine. He is currently working on: 1) the clinical and basic research of head and neck neoplasms; 2) the clinical application of botulinum toxin type A in the oral and maxillofacial region; 3) the application of Evidence-based Medicine in Stomatology & Dentistry. As the first author or first co-author, 8 papers have been published internationally in the past three years. He has acted as an international reviewer for Scientific Reports, Gene, Oral Oncology, Medicine, Oncotarget, Clinical Implant Dentistry and Related Research, Heliyon,Journal of Cancer etc.
