Professor Wang continuously investigates in the field of clinical laboratory medicine and shown dedication in the development and application of clinical laboratory technologies. She is also interested in developing the biomarkers for neurology and determining their applicability and functional mechanisms, such as comprehensive mapping and functional annotation of the normal human cerebrospinal fluid proteome, and the screening of proteins related with glioma and their functions. She has been supported by 10 grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Municipal Natural Science Foundation of Beijing City, and others. She has published about 30 scientific articles in SCI journals, contributed to 12 academic books, held three technological granted patents as the first inventor, and been awarded as the Young Star by the Beijing Nova Program and the Beijing Municipal Health System High Level Medical Personnel Culturing Project.
