Each diagnosis is discussed using current research to describe the pathophysiology, evaluation process, and evidence based effective treatment strategies including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities. The result is a comprehensive overview of each diagnosis and a research-based approach to effectively evaluate and treat each condition for best outcomes.
