Timir K. Paul, Debabrata Mukherjee

Abstract

Heart failure (HF) is a major public health problem with a current estimate of 6.5 million Americans of more than 20 years of age having a diagnosis of HF (1). This is an increase from 5.7 million US adults with HF based on estimates from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) conducted 2009 to 2012 (1).
