Anticoagulation after mechanical aortic valve implantation: is it time to act after PROACT?

Mevlüt Çelik, Andras P. Durko, Stuart J. Head

Mechanical PHVs traditionally require lifelong anticoagulation with vitamin K antagonists (VKAs).
